Hi all of you,
I searched at the forum but did not find a concrete answer to disolve this problem. I've got an email this morning that my emailadress from my Fitbit has been changed. I did not changed it. I already send an email to Fitbit but no response yet. For me this is kind of an emergency.
Hope someone can help me!? It's not possible anymore to change my password because the emailadress has already been changed by someone else, so is the password. If someone knows an solution, please be welcome.
I already deleted my Ionic from my Fitbit account so the hacker can;t recieve any further information.

Mines also been hacked. I’ve been waiting four days to have a reply and I’ve had to reopen my Facebook account to log in to this forum as it won’t send me a new password link 😡
