Computer fitbit app not seeing new Ionic

Just got my new Ionic have been using Blaze for years. I want to see my run as shown in some of the videos, mapped out. The app on my lap top is syncing because i can see my sleep, step, etc. Where all that great info that this watch is supposed to have? Also, the app that is from the internet is not connected to my Ionic.

Let's see if I understand

The Ionic is connected to your Fitbit account .

Your Ionic is syncing, but not through the laptop. 

Do you also sync through a phone of some type? If so is this phones bluetooth is turned off? If the Ionic is still connected to the phone, the laptop will not be able to connect .

As for syncing, Fitbit doesn't care how you sync. Once the data has been sent to the Fitbit server every device has access to the data .

The app will only display what has already been sent to the tracker. 

As for your run, tap the exercise tile then tap the run you want to see .
