Concern about Ionic accuracy

My Fitbit is working fine and properly charged but for the last couple of weeks it has stopped tracking or massively under tracking my data ( example - 50 steps when I have

Thanks for your post. To better assist you with this situation, can you please let me know when was the first time you experienced this accuracy issue and how many times since then? Is this affecting only your step count or others stats as well? In the meantime I receive your answers, please restart your Ionic and check the information that's specified on your help article: How accurate are Fitbit devices? for more information about accuracy.
