Hi,
I have just downloaded music (playlist) onto my Ionic but am now unable to connect to my Sennheiser headset. The headset connects automatically to my phone and bluetooth is on but the Ionic does not reconise it

I would like you to follow this procedure to connect your Ionic to your Sennheiser headsets.

Unfortunately this doesn't work. When I go to bluetooth in Settings on my watch and click on + audio device, the fitbit repeatedly displays 'no devices found' whereas my headset is on and bluetooth is enabled as my headset connects immediately to my phone and laptop.
What else can I do?
