So my ionic stopped in the middle of the night...not reading steps or heart rate...I tried everything I could think of then factory reset...now I am trying to set it up again and it says it has connected but then just spins saying connected to tracker...and will not go any further...am I doing something wrong? Please help I am lost without it😀
