Problems with Ionic Touch Screen

I have had problems with the Ionic touch screen. When I swipe to look through my apps, nothing happens. I can’t access the Today app. I can bring up notifications by moving my finger down, but I can’t make them go away without the left button. I wanted to shutdown/reset the Ionic, but I could not access the Settings app to do that.

I appreciate that you tried to perform a reset. I would like you to perform a restart and check if your watch's display works properly.

Looking forward to hearing back from you.

Hello,

How do you perform a restart? The only way I know is through the factory reset in the Settings app, but I can't access the Settings app.
