I have had problems with the Ionic touch screen. When I swipe to look through my apps, nothing happens. I can’t access the Today app. I can bring up notifications by moving my finger down, but I can’t make them go away without the left button. I wanted to shutdown/reset the Ionic, but I could not access the Settings app to do that.

Best AnswerHello,
How do you perform a restart? The only way I know is through the factory reset in the Settings app, but I can't access the Settings app.
