Connection issues with charging cable

This is my 3rd Fitbit and last one. I’ve had the ionic for about 2 years and continue to have connection issues when attempting to charge. Always clean connections. After speaking with customer support, they said they would give me 25% off a New Ionic. No thanks. I will take my business elsewhere.
