After noticing my ionic was not powered on, I placed the device on the charger for 2 hours and still doesn't power up. The display only shows 0% and the heart rate light powers on for a short few seconds. I've tried pressing and holding each button all together and separately. I've also tried cleaning both my device and the charger. I usually charge my ionic on my computer with original power cord provided in the box. My UL certified adapter base isn't charging the unit either.
What is the next step to take on this issue?
