My replacement ionic is losing time , will not sync when I want , is struggling to connect via Bluetooth ( even though they are next to each other ). Loses WiFi all the time .
I have been with Fitbit a long time but I am actually getting fed up with this now, I have spoken to customer service 4 times we do the same ritual every time and we are now back to square 1 again

I'm sorry to hear about the difficulties you experienced with your Fitbit Ionic. Thank you for trying to get them resolved before contacting us.
If after following the troubleshooting steps provided by Customer Support you continue having difficulties with your Watch, please let them know in order to get further assistance.
