Constant interference in Bluetooth Headphones

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

I have a mid range pair of Bluetooth Headphones to use when running. Whenever I use it there is interference everytime that I pull my arm back as a run. So basically the music cuts out twice every second .you can not imagine how annoying that is.

Is anyone else experiencing this?

I want to know if this is a common problem before I go and spend alot of money on an expensive pair only to find out that they won't work either .

Yeah this is a common reported problem.  Solution that might work is to move the Ionic to your other wrist.  Try that and see if that helps.

I have Jabra Beats Sony that do not cut out.  So some work and some do not.  Is kinda hit and miss unfortunately.

Really there is no need to suffer in Frustration - simply call Tech Support at 877-623-4997 and get your Ionic replaced right now while you can
Many have followed this straightforward advice and now have a replacement Ionic - we all should have “zero tolerance” for any defective Ionic

This happens because of the small antennas meaning a smaller signal. I'm not sure if there is a fix without changing  hardware

I have an Ionic and am experiencing the same issue with some new JBUDS Air earbuds. They seem to work fine at home but at the gym the connection is really bad. I have tried switching wrists but that doesn’t improve the connection. Has anyone found a pair of wireless earbuds that seem to work in public places?
