Hey everyone.
im having my first issue with my Fitbit ionic. First I noticed it stopped tracking mid day (sleep, heart rate, steps, calories). I plugged it in and that didn’t fix the problem. I then noticed my touch screen stopped responding. I tried the reset SEVERAL times. I have deleted and reinstalling the app, removed and added the device and now it’s in a constant reboot cycle (Fitbit logo for about 10 seconds, off for a few, and back on)
any advice would be great!

If you can get to the Settings app on the Ionic, try a Factory Reset (scroll down to About). If you cant do that, or if it doesnt work you will need to contact Support (link in my signature )
