Im very frustrated with the watch right now.  in the pace of 20 minutes, my watch will restart (go off the on again) without warning.  This has been happening for over 6 weeks now and I have carried out all the usual suggestions, manual button retsart, Factory settings restart, deleting and adding the IOS App but as yet, there is nothing that has changed.  Ive used the watch since July last year and it is a very angering experience, given the cost of this watch and the incessant restarting. 

I just think a product of this so called quality should not be doing this (especially resetting when I am actually in the middle of doing an exercise/ running where I then manually have to reset the watch to begin recording the exercise again).

I want this resolved ASAP.  I find it very disconcerting that although I started using the watch in July, the watch was purchased by a family member for me in Feb 2019, exactly a year before this problem started occurring.

I have my Ionic for a couple of years, and it has worked well.  Suddenly it has started keeping the screen on for long periods of time, or of turning the screen on, then off, then back on again.  My battery is draining very quickly with the screen on constantly.  As I said, this was never a problem until two days ago.  Now it won't stop, and a battery charge won't last out one day.
