I think Fitbit app will continue to count calories from BMR as regardless you wearing your Ionic or not, whether is charged or not, the assumption is that you still burn calories. I am sure after synchronizing it will all get adjusted.

That is correct @SunsetRunner it is not the tracker counting these calories by it is the Fitbit account
