My Fitbit Ionic s counting my knitting movements as steps. How do I fix this?

I can see that the ionic mounted on the arm and only able to look at arm motions may misinterpreted these movements as steps.

I see two options remove the ionic or mark the time as driving..

How do I edit or delete Fitbit data and activities?
