E-mail Content Hidden

How can I see e-mail message?  All I'm getting is sender and subject, but content is hidden.  It is not hidden on my Galaxy S7.  Thanks

Hey there @JAD105. Welcome to the Family! Just as you mentioned, when you get an email notification you should be able to see the sender's name, subject and contents of the message. 

I would like you to force quit the app, reset Bluetooth, restart your Ionic, refresh notifications and set them up again. If you need further instructions on how to perform them, check this article My Fitbit device isn't receiving notifications from my phone.

Thanks for getting back @JAD105! I would like you to let me know which is the email service you're trying to receive notifications from and that your app/watch is up to date.  

Also, I would like you to confirm if you're able to see the content of the message once you have tapped on the notification. If you're still having this issue, send me an screenshot of the notification you're getting.

I have same issue. Using native Email app on Note 8 and on my Charge3 "content hidden". How to I get the text in message?
