Is there any way to repair or replace the screen on the Ionic, I have only had this watch for about 2-3 months and there is a visible crack from corner to corner that can be felt when rubbing my finger across.
for a product that was around $300.00 I hope its not just a parer weight now.

I guess it’s, “garmin here I come,” for every Fitbit owner with a cracked screen and a lousy customer service experience... bad business. These devices cost pennies to manufacture— it’s simply greed.

I havent had this fitbit long and the screen cracked. I contacted fitbit and they basically said the same thing. I can not afford another 300$ for a replacement. I was hoping they would at least sell me a screen and I could replace it myself. Even with the 25% discounted prices is too high for me. 😕 Looks like I wont be using fitbit any longer. I might have to switch to a different company.

Mine just cracked too. I got it for Father's day, it's supposed to be a sports and fitness watch but cracks worse than the original iPhone

I started wearing my ionic in March 2020. It’s now May 25th and the screen is broken. I have no idea how it happened. I am willing to take ownership of my causing the break. Please tell me how you sell a $300 product with crap for quality, no method for repair and only an offer for 25% off a replacement. When questioned more, CS told me about an additional coverage (offered by a third party) that can be purchased. Too late for me. What a load of crap. The rest of the family can wear Fitbit’s. I will just live without it. I’m done with Fitbit crap!
