On the Fitbit website it says; “Your exercise history includes the workouts you track with the Exercise app“
That simply is not true because on my brand New Ionic I did 2 x GPS runs and 2 x GPS bikes totalling 11k and the dashboard says 7 kilos. Aaaaaarggggggh. Why? Please help.
I am syncing to an LG3

I cant see the LG3 on the Supported Devices List though I am really not sure if that would be the cause of this discrepancy or not. It is possible it is related to your phone though. Hopefully someone will come along who knows.

My watch was updated and the summary function disappeared the new swipe upfromclockface to today continually fails to record distance and stops at .05 miles. This new update makes the watch useless for my purpose! A 13 mile ride shows .53 miles on the watch. On the app it works perfectly? What have you done Fitbit?

I'm having the same issue.
I got my ionic 4 days ago, and whilst the exercises i track (choosing them in exercise mode before commencing) show their distance when I click them afterwards on the app, they don't add to the daily totals.
Has anybody found a fix?
