I've had my Ionic for over a year. I've loved it up until about a month ago. It hasn't been syncing right to the app which I use to keep myself accountable. Today, I tried to factory reset my ionic after days of trying to get my watch to sync with the app. I'm trying to go through the set up instructions but the app keeps going back to the dashboard when I select "Set Up Your Fitbit Ionic."
I am so frustrated at this point. I've tried uninstalling the app, disconnecting Bluetooth, turning off the phone, turning off the watch. I've done everything! Why won't it work?!
