Data Import

I exported the data for my Ionic earlier this month when Fitbit advised they were sending a replacement. I have manually entered data in the resulting data file since then. Now that my replacement has arrived and is being setup, is there a way to import that data file to the replacement?

You go into the account section of the app (the icon looks like an ID card) and select "set up a device". Choose the Ionic and it will ask if you want to replace your existing fitbit. Just say yes and follow the prompts. All your data, settings, badges etc will be retained.

There should be no need. As long as you add the replacement to the same fitbit account the all your data will still be there as it's stored on the fitbit servers rather than on the fitbit itself.
