My Fitbitapp does nog Remember the data from the previous days. Even when It syncronises everyday. It does not Remember my sleepdata, heart rate, workouts and 250 Steps every hour. The Steps, stairs, distance and active minutes are saved some days. What can I do?

Hi, @Feebs2311, just a thought: when you press the back button on your app are you seeing the top "tile" update (steps, stairs, calories, active minutes, distance) update, but your heartrate. hourly activity, exercise etc stay the same every day no matter how you scroll back?

If so, this is the (in my view) crazy way they have currently designed the app, so that only the top level statistics show.

To see previous days for heartrate, or hourly activity, or exercise, etc, it doesn't work to scroll back.  You need to select that individual tile / statistic and once that is loaded you can see previous days.

That means you cannot compare hourly activity with calorie burned, for example, or stairs, or whatever.

I hope this makes sense (except it doesn't)!
