Dead Ionic, wrong color was sent back

So my Ionic died June 23rd and I contacted fitbit as it was still under warranty.  They emailed me a return label and said send just the device back (no charging cable or bands).  Fast forward to 2 days ago and I receive notification that my replacement device has been shipped out.. I notice it is a different color (mine was charcoal the replacement is blue/grey).  I email back explaining my displeasure about the wrong color being shipped out only to be told that the ionic i shipped back was blue/grey (I think I'd know what color I purchased).  I sent an image of the receipt showing it was charcoal.  Told them the bands are charcoal.  They said well then it's not the one you paired with your account. Really?  I only have one Ionic and after all of this I can guarantee you I will NEVER own another fitbit product.  It seems to me they are overwhelmed with the number of returns and rather than just fessing up and admitting they shipped the WRONG color - they try to place the blame on me?  What kind of shoddy customer service is that.  I mean it's not even that big of a deal as the device itself is very close to the color of the one I had, I'll just use my old bands and close enough.   It's the principle though that a company makes a mistake and tries to blame their customers?   How are they even in business at this point?
