Dead Ionic

Well, after having my Ionic since it's release month  mine finally died. I was using it this morning, then a few minutes later when I went to check the time  it wasn't working. Now no hard reset attempt, charging attempt, or anything else will let my Ionic do....anything.

Support gave me a coupon for 40 percent off a new one. Can't say I'm thrilled.  I understand that they can't guarantee these things forever, but I can't say I'll be throwing more good money after bad.

Sad. I've put a lot of miles onto this thing and even bought the Aria 2 scale.  I was a huge fan, despite the issues like how difficult it is to get music on the watch.

AH! I'm in the same boat. had mine less than 13 months and screen dead. CS only offered me a 40% off coupon towards a new one, but do i even want to risk it?  I didn't want to splurge on an apple watch, but maybe it's the better route....

No excuse for the ionic to fail right after it's warranty runs out. I had two and they only made it six months months each. fitbit offering us a new already proven defective ionic at 40% off is a pure insult.
