I have a dead ionic. Not even a year old. Will not charge at all. Completely dead and I have tried everything after reading every single one of these forums. With this being a newly trending issues amongst Ionics I cannot believe there hasn’t been a recall placed. Can anyone offer help how to manage this issue for a device that was over $200 and not even a year old?

if it's still within warranty i believe they can replace it for you...did you try with customer service?

Same thing happened to us with 3/5 Ionics purchased on 12/24/2018 and 3/17/2019.
one was replaced yet two are still in transit to Fitbit since 6/24 with delivery scheduled to them on 7/9/19.
$700 worth of defective watches and little help from CS to expedite the timely return of our devices. Had I known it would take 3 weeks for them to receive it via their shipping method I would have overnighted for $20.
good luck
