After not having used my Ionic for 6 months I started using it again two months ago. Initially it wouldn't charge but after a soft reset it came back to life. I have always had issues with the charging as it's the worst charging system I have come across for any device let alone a premium one!
It has worked ok charging issues aside until yesterday when it just died 😢
I tried charging it in different adapters and chargers no joy. Tried the two button reset, three button rest absolutely nothing! Not monitor lights no display of any kind just dead.
Is it a bin job or is it worth trying a third party cradle charger to get some power into it.

Same - except Mine was charging fine - then stopped charging and died so I thought it was the charging cord - so bought a new one and same now it wont turn on at all. I called fitbit - we did troubleshooting and then I was told sorry your warranty has ended. What i am annoyed about is someone who paid $60 for their fit bit got a 1 year warranty but those of us that paid just under $300 for the Ionic when it came out also are subject to the 1 year warranty. I've been a fitbit user since 2012 - not sure if I want to continue if I am spending almost $300 for it a just not randomly turn on one day, as mine has decided to do.
