Yeasterday evening I went for a swim, as I have done so often. When I got back home my beloved Lonic was dead. I rushed to make a support case, asking for a replacment, but I haven't had any respons, beside the case number "New Case (#31221654)". Could somebody please respond.
I have tried to send a DM on Twitter also.
