I have loaded up my playlists to my Ionic and have listened to them before, but I go in today and hit the deezer ap on the Ionic and it just keeps coming up with activation codes to enter. I go in to fit.com/deezer and enter them, but it tells me I'm already paired. Very frustrating!

Mine has just done exactly the same. Worked fine for a month and I put loads of music on. It's still all playable on my phone, and I still have access to new tunes with the basic free Deezer app , but can no longer access it on my Ionic. All I get is the access code, and a message to go to Fitbit.com/deezer. When I try that, it says I'm not eligible and have to pay £9.99 a month.

A warm welcome to the Community @peterbea142 and @angebaby! I appreciate the details that you've mentioned regarding Deezer and Ionic usage.
The activation code will show on your Ionic when you're trying to download music to your watch and then you should enter an activation code and then follow the instructions to continue with the process.
I would like you to restart your Ionic and then if you keep receiving this error, press the back button on your watch and then open the Deezer app again. Also, please make sure that you have a paid Deezer subscription.

Hi! I have the same issue. Use my Ionic and Deezer app about 6 months. Last Sunday I was running with Deezer on, but today when trying to run the App, Deezer demanded to enter activation code. Have done it 3 or 4 times successfully, but still the App sends me to activation page. I have premium account on Deezer and have restarted Ionic and several times -- no success.

Did you get a fix for this? I have the same issue. I have just replaced my Ionic and now when trying to add my Deezer premium account I just keep receiving the activation code message on the watch. My playlists are showing on my Fitbit App but the two are just not syncing...very frustrating..!!

When I hit deezer on my fitbit versa it keeps giving me a verification code. When I go to put that in NOTHING works
I have spent way too much time on this. I signed up with Deezer yesterday after my trial ran out
The 9.99 was taken from bank and I still cannot get deezer to play on my versa Fitbit. So so frustrated. I need to get this up and running as I use it to exercise and I'm nothing but disappointed at this point. If I cant get it to work I'll just cancel and go with pandora.
