Is it possible to define / create own activities like sauna, gymnastic,... ?

Yes, on the web dashboard at fitbit.com, under log > activities.

 

FYI, I wouldn't bring the tracker in a sauna. The high heat is pretty hard on the electronics, and Fitbit doesn't recommend using one in there.

Work out...eat... sleep...repeat!

Does such selfdefined activity appear on the device ?  Can the activity started end stopped on the device ?

No, the ones on the watch are limited to the ones Fitbit provides.

 

1. Create the exercise category on the web dashboard.

2. On the Ionic, start a Workout activity manually. (You may have to load Workout mode if it doesn't appear)

3. Then after the activity is over, stop it on the watch and go to the web dashboard and change the name to the category you created.

 

The Workout mode allows you to rename it to other categories.

 

 

Work out...eat... sleep...repeat!

Thanks a lot !  It is possible to track more activities on my own ? I need sauna, gymnastic?

Yes. Sauna use is not recommended though..
