Can I wear my Ionic when I was dishes or when I am in the shower? They say you can wear the thing in the pool (but not the ocean) so I am just trying to be sure.

Yes, it'll be fine. Just make sure and rinse any soap off of it afterwards.

Work out...eat... sleep...repeat!
