I was doing intervals the other day, and it appeared that whenever I clicked the button to start a run there was at least a second delay from when I clicked start and the actual run timer began. Am I going crazy or is this a real thing? I hope this isn't true because if so all of my reps when doing sprints have been incorrectly timed...
