Sleep tracking has changed

Previously my tracker recorded sleep as light, rem, dark and awake. My stats from last night have gone back to the more basic stats of sleep, restless and awake. Why has it changed to the older, less granular stats? Im wearing the watch at the recommended place on my wrist.

Hi @Niamh22,

Usually that's caused by one of two things:

1. The sleep was tracked as being shorter periods, less than 3 hours will cause it to revert.

2. The tracker losing heart rate connection. Usually the app will report if this is the case.

Hi @WavyDavey

Thank you for letting me know. Unfortunately though, neither of those were the case, so I'm not sure why it has happened.

I'd say it was a glitch.  Try a restart of the tracker (hold down left and lower buttons for 10+ seconds).

Come back and let us know if it persists tomorrow.
