How to delete watchfaces saved in Ionic tracker. Thanks

You can only do this via the app.

To see your saved clock faces in the Fitbit app, tap the Today tab  > your profile picture > your device image > Clock Faces. You see your saved clock faces in My Clock Faces. 

• To remove a clock face, tap the clock face > Remove Clock Face.
• To switch to a saved clock face, tap the clock face > Select.

I have a watch clock face that won't delete from my fitbit ionic.  I have followed the steps to remove it in the app, but its still there.  I also tried a factory reset and its still there... I tried a reset and its still there... How do I get rid of this?
