Hi, I am an Amazon Prime member, a really stupid one.
I decided to my my new Fitbit Ionic direct from Fitbit at a premium cost with a longer wait as I like to support companies I believe in.
However, I ordered it Sunday paid £8 extra (+ a leather band) and it hasn't even dispatched yet!
I bought my charge 2 from Amazon and you get it before 1300 the next day if ordered before midnight.
It's my fault but I feel a bit robbed of £8 if I am honest.
Moan over.
I did try and cancel but that's not allowed either, even though it's not dispatched, it 'may' soon 🙂

Too much time, sadly. After reading through the crashing during exercise thread.
Plus the fact I was lied to as another day has gone by with no dispatch, I have ordered the Garmin from Amazon and some poor sod will get the Ionic (should it arrive in time) as a Christmas pressie!
Shame I enjoyed my Charge .
