Delivery delays. Trading standards

Has anyone contacted Trading Standards in regards to FitBit withholding their item and not offering refunds??

 

The company has the responsibility to chase up any items that are not delivered ( not the customer ) and also to make regular communucation with the customer in regards to traffic flow delays.

 

Anyone who does not receive their item within a specific time frame, is eligible to receive a full refund from the company they brought the product from and not the delivery courier.
