I have ordered fitbit ionic on Dec 1, 2018 and its more than 18 days. still my watch is not yet delivered. Its not yet shipped even.
Customer service people started giving same answers now a days.
Did anyone else faced issues with delivery like this or Fitbit delays only for me?!!

I haven't, but I'd like to point out that you did order the Ionic during a peak time for the Christmas season. Once Thanksgiving hits, stores get really backed up with deliveries and stocking their shelves (I even had to go to 2 different Wal Marts to get a box of Junior Mints!). With that in mind, maybe you should have considered ordering the Ionic a little earlier if you wanted it in time for Christmas.

Ordered January 12, haven't gotten it yet. Postal is 3 days, I didn't know they were using stage coach. Horses must have gotten tired. I will not order here again.

I've told a few people about how crap FitBit are and I intend to tell loads more. I've been waiting over two weeks. I'm going to contact Trading Standards. Unacceptable service
