Device lock function not working on Ionic

Ionic shows time etc but won’t accept the 4 digit code , to move to other areas of watch. Same with App… I have rebooted twice but still cannot get into watch

Thank you for the detailed information and for the troubleshooting steps you've tried prior to posting. At this time, I believe you're referring to the device lock function. If you haven't done so, I recommend following the troubleshooting steps suggested in this help article:
