My watch has been locked for nearly a week and says unlock with phone and eveytike I do this it asks me to do a new pin eveytike I do this it says changed pin failed. I have reset it 100 times and even let the battery run out how do I fix this please help

Do you have Fitbit pay setup @lachie12?
If not i would first disable the pin .
The pin failed message usually means a comunication error. Try restarting both the tracker and the phone.
You might also need Internet access.
