My Fitbit Iconic has been temperamental charging recently - I’ve had to move the charger in the Fitbit til it connects and the 0% comes up and it starts charging. Now it has stopped charging altogether and the screen is black and nothing happens when you plug it in. Thinking it might be the charger, I got a new charger but it’s the same. Tried restarting while on the charger, still nothing. I’ve had it a year and a half so I don’t think it’s covered by warranty. Is there anywhere to take it to be repaired?

Hello @Samuisal, welcome to the Community Forums!
I appreciate the details that were shared in your post, thanks for troubleshooting this prior to posting. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know if the heart rate sensors are flashing or is your device completely unresponsive? If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check our help article: Why isn't my battery charging on my Fitbit device? and let me know how it goes. Such article includes a restart process which can be really helpful for this situation. Even though you already tried the restart process, the actual order specified on the help article is really important.
Let me know if you have any additional questions, I'll be here.
