I have a new iPhone 11 but now my Fitbit won’t hold charge for longer than a day and now won’t charge at all. Completely dead and no longer working. What’s going on and what can I do?

My ionic died after the update last week too. It will not power on or restart. I've used Fitbit products for 3 years and have had problems with all of them. I decided to buy a Galaxy Watch and it is miles ahead of any fitbit tech. Buy one for yourself and don't look back. You won't regret it.
