i recently purchased a fitbit iconic and i charged it for 5 hours and its not turning one i cleaned the charging port and its still not working can anyone help me fix this?

Thanks for bringing this to my attention and the details that were shared with me, your effort and patience troubleshooting your Ionic are appreciated. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know if the heart rate sensors are flashing or is your device completely unresponsive? If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check our help article: Why isn't my battery charging on my Fitbit device? and let me know how it goes. Such article includes a restart process which can be really helpful for this situation.

I tried all the things and it is not working at all when I order it I
charged it immediately and still nothing I have tried all the things you
have recommended and nothing.
