Not syncing - wrong time

Hello, my Ionic will not sync to my phone and the time is wrong. 
I have quit the app, turned off the watch, turned off my phone, turned them all back on and done this a couple of times and still won’t sync and it’s getting further out of time. 
help please ☺️

It’s the latest update. Effectively bricks your ionic.

support are telling me they are trying to sort it out but they have no idea when it will be resolved.

complete shambles, what do they think they were doing putting out an untested update!
