This is my second Ionic; first one was a dud and I had it only one evening. It wouldn't charge at all (even after customer support).  So it went back and I got this one.  A few days ago I tried to charge it and thought it was charging; It wasn't.  I tried different ports, plugging into the computer, read and tried online forum troubleshooting, followed customer support troubleshooting and still nothing.  I press the left and right bottom buttons and don't get the vibration or the ionic screen; all I get is a battery sign that shows 0%.  Ugggh.  I am frustrated.  I, like others, spent $299 plus tax on this watch; I want it to work.  My sister said to go for an ionic; I wanted to get a garmin. I get an ionic and I am not happy.
