Device not responding

Hello,

My Fitbit Ionic suddenly shows a black screen and doesn’t respond anymore. I plugged it into the charger but there’s now sound and the screen stays black as if It’s dead. I tried to restart the watch but nothing happens. I had some problemen since the latest update of my IPhone but I’m not dure if there’s a link. Can anyone tell me what I can do? Thanks!
