Device not responding

My ionic was working fine when I did the update, it was fine but just nit receiving notifications. Then woke up this morning and it's dead, it had plenty of battery, won't turn on or even reset or charge! Please help as I love this watch!

Thanks for bringing this to my attention and for troubleshooting your device prior to posting too. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know if the heart rate sensors are flashing or is your device completely unresponsive? If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check our help article: Why isn't my battery charging on my Fitbit device? and let me know how it goes. Such article includes a restart process which can be really helpful for this situation.

Hello. No lights, it's completely dead. I've contacted support and they've sent me a new one out. Now I'm having trouble with updating it to get it working. It has been updating since yesterday, sometimes having to restart the update, sometimes having to delete it off my account and re-pair it to get it going again on the update. Gets about halfway on the update then stops. I think it's time to look for another brand, all I see is problems after problems with fitbit
