My ionic stopped tracking my sleep

Thanks for bringing this to my attention. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know if your Ionic device is not recording Sleep Stages or sleep information at all? When was the first time you experienced this situation and how many times since then? If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check our help article: Why don't I see sleep stages today? and let me know how it goes.

Hi and thanks for contact. I resolved it by re-setting the ionic. That seemed to do the trick.

My fitbit suddenly stopped tracking stages.  It has been fine for a year then 2 weeks ago stopped tracking stages.  I restarted Fitbit, cleaned it, battery is fully charged at night, loosened band, tightened band, shaved my arm....

 

What else can be done?
