I went away on holiday and for some reason my Fitbit had locked it's self. It kept telling me to unlock from phone.
Anyway I tried the 3 buttons, tried the device unlock options but nothing worked.
I then removed the device from the Fitbit app, uninstalled the app and thinking I could just re add it again and set it up as a new device. When going through the setup it's asking me to unlock from my phone which I can't as the device is no longer connected to it.
Can anyone help?

You can only unlock your fitbit from the phone as long as it is connected. Now that you have removed the fitbit from your account that procedure will not work. I suggest contacting customer support in the hope that they might have a way to help: contact.fitbit.com
