I purchased my ionic 11 months ago, and last week I noticed that it was having difficulty charging. Also in the 20% battery state, heart rate monitoring was clearly wrong, and it occasionally displayed the wrong time until I synced it with the app. The watch quickly dropped to 0% battery and turned off. I cleaned the ionic and charger contacts with a toothbrush/toothpick as recommended and purchased a new charger, but the watch will not charge or turn on. Any ideas for getting it running? Thanks!
