I've got an Ionic that is less than 12 hours old. It won't do first time firmware update on either WIFI or Bluetooth. It won't restart. This thing is brand new and I can't find help with Fitbit. The watch is going back very soon if I don't get help!

Hi @DABrisson, welcome to the Community Forums! Sorry for the delayed reply.
Thanks for bringing this to my attention and for the details that were shared in your post, I totally understand how frustrating this matter can be for you. I recommend you to learn more about how to update the firmware version of your Fitbit device with the information that's specified on this help article. Then, please move forward to the troubleshooting steps that are specified on: Why can't I update my Fitbit device? and let me know how it goes.
Please keep me posted and let me know if you have any additional questions, I'll be here.

Tuesday, Fitbit sent me another Ionic. The firmware version(27.20.16.23) was the same as the first one. This second one failed same as first. I think the current version is 38.something. After over an hour of troubleshooting, a valiant effort by the on-chat technician, she attempted to send me another replacement. I declined and requested my money back. I had totally lost confidence in this product and couldn't afford to continue fighting with it.
