Device showing incorrect time

I have never sen this issue addressed and the help desk for Fitbit isn't. When I do not wear my device, it keeps time perfectly. When I wear it, after about a day it loses time up to 20 minutes an hour. I have done everything I can think of, right now, it has lost two minutes in the last hour.

@Danimal1955 It's great to see you around. Thanks for the details mentioned and the troubleshooting tried.

It's pretty weird that your Ionic is losing time when you're wearing it. I would like you to confirm that you've chosen the correct location in your Fitbit app and that your watch syncs every time you make a change to confirm it's updating it on your Ionic too.

Let me know how it goes.

Hi Silvia,

I have noticed the same thing where suddenly the fitbit loses a couple minutes. I unfortunately caught it too late each time. But when it happens, I cannot sync my device at all. I have had to restart the device and then sync, upon which time the device corrects the time. I have set to automatic timezone in the app, which does pick up the right timezone. This losing time has happened twice in 36 hours and I lose just a few mins.
