Several times during the day my Ionic will turn off completely. I them have to keep turning it on. It also turns off at night, which means the alarm clock doesn’t go off in the morning.

Welcome to the Community Forums @Krbayer.
Thanks for bringing this to my attention and your patience with this situation. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know when was the first time you experienced this issue and how many times since then? Your Ionic shuts off randomly or when you're doing an specific activity? If you haven't already done so, please follow the below steps to factory reset your device:
Take in consideration that a factory reset deletes any stored data, which includes all data that hasn't synced to your Fitbit account and your applications, alarms, etc.
Let me know if the issue persists, I'll be here.

Hi, i am having the same problem with my ionic. The device just shows the fitbit logo. I pressed all 3 buttons and released bottom right when I see the logo. But after few seconds, the logo reappears. It never vibrates or restarts. It is just stuck on the logo.
